Parker Black & Forrest is an architectural door hardware disributor in an industry which meets the unique requirement of scheduling door hardware to the commercial building industry. Our clients range from architects, interior designers, shopfitters, and building contractors to general maintenance contractors.
In October 2008 Bizquip Solutions was recommended to us by CVW Technology Group Pty Ltd to provide specialist IT Services in the day to day upkeep of our system. We had experienced a serious crash in the preceeding months and had a real need to ensure that our system was protected from another occurence. With BizQuip Solutions' expertise we were able to ensure we had measures in place to regulate and report how the system is functioning at any given time. These measures have given us extra confidence in the procedures in place; knowing that if our system fails we will be able to recover quickly and be back operating at near to no time lost.
BizQuip Solutions also looks after our computer and software upgrades and provides day to day support services. We are very impressed with the professional service provided by the BizQuip Technicians. They are extremely patient and have always been very helpful with our enquiries.
